The Gala is a fantastic community celebration where guests really enjoy themselves. It is also the largest fundraiser for the School, with over $400,000 raised last year. There are many ways for families to get involved with the Gala. Read on for more details.
Attend the Gala
Join us for the 21st FASPS Gala at Emerald City Trapeze Arts in SoDo! Be entertained by amazing aerial acrobats, jugglers, face-paint artists, and more. Enjoy a tour around the globe at food stations representing the delectable cuisines of the world. Sip delicious wines and signatures cocktails to get into the festive mood. It’s a cocktail setting with heavy appetizers, so no need to organize a table group. Just
buy your tickets and encourage your friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues to attend with you!
At this unique new venue, you can enjoy silent and live auctions, a fun twist on the Dessert Dash, and new games and activities sure to delight. With no seated dinner, you’ll have more time to mix and mingle with your friends.
Bid from your cell phone!
Mobile bidding for the silent auction will further untether you and allow you to maximize your social time, and allow you to keep your eye on more exciting auction items.
Procurement
We rely on parents to donate and solicit the items to fill our auctions. New this year, we are organizing class baskets. Check in with your class organizer to get ideas about what to contribute. You can also donate a dessert or plan a Salon Party! See the
procurement page for more procurement ideas.
Raffle
We are giving away a Las Vegas vacation with Cirque du Soleil tickets, hotel stay, and cash for travel expenses! At only $5 per ticket, you should have no trouble selling your 10 tickets and even more! Winner does not need to be present at the Gala, so tickets can be sold to friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, and more!
Click here for more details. Sold tickets must be returned to school by Friday, March 18.
Art Contest
Encourage your student to participate in the Art Contest! We can’t wait to see our student artists’ interpretation of this year’s Gala theme. The contest is open to all students. Several winners will be chosen from each age group, and one grand prize winner will have their artwork featured on Gala merchandise.
