The Gala is a fantastic community celebration where guests enjoy an evening of spirited bidding and community building. It is the largest fundraiser for the school and there are many ways for families to get involved with the Gala.
Attend the Gala
Join the FASPS community as we gather on April 26, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle for the 29th annual Gala and Auction. The evening includes:
- Wine toss game.
- Golden Ticket purchase (chance to select any Live auction item).
- Class Project silent auction.
- Wine/spirits silent auction.
- Auctioneer-led Live auction.
- Fund-A-Need raise the paddle.
- Dessert Dash.
- Faculty/staff performance and dance the night away!
Procurement
Donate or procure items for the auction. This includes physical items and experiences (certificates and gift cards). Procurement forms (on-line or email) are due to FASPS by Friday, April 4, 2025. Please submit the physical items (including certificates and gift cards) by Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
Cash Donation
You may make a cash donation to the gala in lieu of procuring or donating an item.
Sponsor the Gala
Purchasing a sponsorship is a great way to promote your business while offsetting gala expenses. This is a great option for business owners who would like to support the FASPS Gala but do not have a product or service that would sell well at an auction.

Online Auction
There will be many wonderful items to bid on during the on-line auction which will run for one week from Sunday, April 20 until Saturday, April 26. This is a great way for out-of-town friends and relatives to support FASPS.
Raffle Ticket Sales
Each FASPS family is asked to sell ten raffle tickets at $10 each. The raffle winner does not need to be present at the Gala. The raffle prize is a $1,500 gift card to Willows Lodge located in Woodinville's wine country, just 30 minutes from Seattle. Please mail ticket stubs and money to FASPS or return them to the school main entrance (blue door). The teaching staff is unable to accept raffle ticket stubs and money from students. To be eligible for the drawing, all ticket stubs and money must be received by Wednesday, April 23, 2025. The top three families who sell the most raffle tickets will get a prize. Selling raffle tickets is easy and fun!
