The Gala is a fantastic community celebration where guests enjoy an evening of spirited bidding and community building. It is the largest fundraiser for the school and there are many ways for families to get involved with the Gala.

1. Attend the Virtual Gala
Join the FASPS community as we gather virtually on April 17 at our annual Gala and Auction.  Although we will not be together in-person for this year’s Gala, it will still be a special evening celebrating our resilience and strength during this school year. The virtual event will showcase our extraordinary FASPS families and our talented and resourceful faculty and staff through compelling videos and engaging speakers. There will be exclusive auction items up for bid and the opportunity to participate in our Raise the Paddle in support of the fund-a-need item. To attend the virtual Gala and Auction, click here.  

2. Procurement
Donate or procure items for the on-line and live auctions. This includes physical items and experiences (certificates and gift cards). 
•Procurement forms (on-line or printed) are due to FASPS by Friday, March 19, 2021.
•Donated items and certificates need to be turned in to FASPS by Friday, April 2, 2021. Please email gala@fasps.org to coordinate dropping off your auction item(s).

3. Make a Cash Donation
You may make a cash donation to the gala in lieu of procuring or donating an item.

4. Sponsor the Gala
Purchasing a sponsorship is a great way to promote your business while offsetting gala expenses. This is a great option for business owners who would like to support the FASPS Gala but do not have a product or service that would sell well at an auction. 6. Online Auction
There will be many wonderful items to bid on during the on-line auction which will run for one week prior to the Virtual Gala and will close shortly after the start of the virtual event on April 17. This is a great way for out of town friends and relatives to support FASPS. Click here for the Online Auction.

• General Section and Class Project Section - Bidding opens at 9:00am on Friday, April 9.
• Wine Section and Live Section - Bidding opens at 9:00am on Sunday, April11.
• All sections close during the April 17th virtual Gala.        

7. Raffle Ticket Sales
Each FASPS family is asked to sell ten tickets. Tickets are $10 each. Raffle winner does not need to be present during the virtual Gala and Auction. The raffle prize is a $1,500 gift card to Suncadia Resort. Please mail ticket stubs and money to FASPS, teachers and staff are unable to accept raffle ticket stubs and money from students. To be eligible for the drawing, all ticket stubs and money must be received by Friday, April 9, 2021. The top three families who sell the most raffle tickets will get a prize. Selling raffle tickets is easy and fun!
