Sponsorship Opportunities

Our event includes several online, silent, and live auctions with a catalog viewed by over 1,000 members of our community at large.  A sophisticated and international community, combined with extensive opportunities to display your business name and logo, makes this event a perfect way to promote your services. To discuss your options, don’t hesitate to contact us by email gala@fasps.org or by phone at 206-275-3533, ext 278. 

The sponsorship deadline is February 27, 2017 in order for our team to present your business in our event materials. 

Several of our sponsorship levels include event tickets, and these are noted below. You do not need to provide attendee information when purchasing your sponsorship; you will receive a code to come back and provide attendee details.

All sponsorships include:

Recognition (name, logo, and link) on the Gala website

Recognition (name and logo) on our electronic Sponsor Board at the event

Gold Level - $2,500

Back cover full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H)

Four tickets to the Gala ($600 value)

Signage and promotional materials at the Gala

Specialty Cocktail - $1,000

Business name associated with the cocktail in all event marketing (emails, catalog, etc). Name added to custom design on drinkware in small type under the student artwork. Signage at the event (at the bars) with name and logo. Full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H).

Dessert Dash - $1,000

Guests bid for the chance to pick first from among 35 delicious desserts! Large signage on the dessert table (focal point in event space) will feature your business name/logo. You also receive a full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H).

Unlimited Opportunities (We are offering each of these sponsorship levels to all businesses interested)

Silver Level - $1,000

Full page, full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H)

Two tickets to the Gala ($300 value)

Bronze Level - $500

Full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H)

In-Kind Sponsorship

Businesses will qualify as in-kind sponsors if they meet the following requirements:

• Parent/staff at FASPS

• Donate a minimum of $2,500 in goods or services to defray Gala event costs (auction item donation do not qualify)

• An invoice is provided detailing the donation and its value

The benefits of in-kind sponsorship include:

Full page, full-color ad in the Auction Catalog (5” W x 3.25” H)

• Two tickets to the Gala ($300 value)

• Recognition (name, logo, and link) on the Gala website

• Recognition (name and logo) on our electronic Sponsor Board at the event

• Recognition in our Annual Report

Attendee information, logo, and catalog ad must be submitted by February 24, 2017 to gala@fasps.org
